Domestic Shipping: We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS. All shipments include tracking and insurance to ensure your order arrives safely. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Processing Times:
- Original and Framed Artwork: All original and framed artwork is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and shipping.
- Art Prints: Each art print is also made to order, ensuring the highest quality. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Packaging:
- Original and Framed Artwork: Carefully wrapped in protective materials (such as bubble wrap or paper) and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
- Art Prints: Packaged flat with a cardboard backboard and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your location.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will offer a refund minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If the package is not returned, you will not receive a refund. You will also be responsible for re-shipping costs and a 50% re-print charge for lost art prints due to incorrect shipping information.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim, as all shipments are insured. Keep all packaging and the damaged item, as they may be required to complete the claim.
